郑孟卓（Mengzhuo Zheng）
I got M.Sc. Degree in Bioinformatics at Huazhong Agricultural University in June 2024 and I will be a Bioinformatics Analyst(B.A.) in Peking University. My current research concentrates on the following directions:
👩⚖️ Metagenome Data Analysis:
(1) Metagenomic data to analyze the functional changes of soil microbial communities;
(2) Evaluation of soil metagenomic sequencing bases.
👨🔧 Comparative Genomic Analysis of Bacteria:
The role of Bacillus protein in fermentation.
👨⚕️ Medical Genomics:
(1) Machine learning identifies key prognostic genes;
(2) Disease causality analysis;
(3) Intratumoral microorganisms and disease occurrence.

I was born and grew up in Xinxiang, Henan Province, and came to Wuhan at the age of 17 to study at Huazhong Agricultural University. I have a keen interest in bioinformatics data and technology, as well as Literature, Music and Travel. My MBTI personality is ISFJ (Introversion, Sensing, Feeling and Judging). My colleagues around me see me as a reliable and trustworthy mate. On the other hand, I have been exchanging bioinformatics methods with people from different academic backgrounds. I believe that only through communication and cooperation can we continue to promote personal growth and development💯.
